VANRATH are delighted to be assiting a highly Reputable & Progressive Company with the Recruitment of an Experienced Office & Workflow Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic Business.

This company has huge progression opportunities for an Experienced and Driven Candidate.

Monday to Thursday 09:00am - 17:00pm, Friday 09:00am - 15:00pm.

Salary - £28,000 + Fantastic Workplace Benefits

The Role:
We're on the lookout for an Office & Workflow Assistant to help our teams stay efficient and well-coordinated. This is a great role for someone who's detail-focused, loves structure, and is looking to grow their experience in office and admin support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Organise and update project records and team files

  • Schedule and support meetings across departments

  • Handle incoming hire requests (Thursdays & Fridays)

  • Manage sales enquiries in the afternoons (Mon-Thurs)

  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and send out quotations

  • Help track project tasks and ensure key deadlines are met

  • Order office and operational supplies as needed

  • Help prepare updates and reports for weekly catch-ups

  • Be ready to support with other general admin tasks

Who You Are:

  • Naturally organised and detail-driven

  • Confident communicating with team members and external contacts

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Able to stay focused across different tasks

  • Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn

  • Interested in working in a busy, growing environment
