Monday to Thursday 09:00am - 17:00pm, Friday 09:00am - 15:00pm.

Operations & Workplace Manager

Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on Operations & Workplace Manager to oversee the smooth running of daily business functions. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything behind the scenes operates efficiently - from office systems and budgets to staff coordination and process optimisation.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage office logistics and ensure operational continuity

  • Collaborate with department leads to streamline team performance

  • Organise staff communications, team updates, and leadership briefings

  • Support onboarding, internal training, and employee engagement

  • Maintain accurate records and assist HR with administrative processes

  • Monitor expenses and manage vendor contracts to control costs

  • Ensure workplace compliance with health and safety standards

  • Respond quickly to emerging challenges with practical solutions

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in an operational or administrative leadership role

  • Adept at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and workflow tools

  • Comfortable managing budgets and negotiating supplier terms

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach

  • Relevant degree or comparable work experience
