This company has huge progression opportunities for an Experienced and Driven Candidate.

Monday to Thursday 09:00am - 17:00pm, Friday 09:00am - 15:00pm.

Salary - £28,000 + Fantastic Workplace Benefits

Overview:
We're hiring a Department Operations Assistant to work cross-functionally with our sales and hire teams. You'll keep internal processes running smoothly, handling day-to-day admin, communications, and task management to support our operational success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Update and manage records and contact databases

  • Schedule department meetings and coordinate logistics

  • Be the main point of contact for hire enquiries (Thu-Fri)

  • Provide support with sales enquiries (afternoons, Mon-Thu)

  • Respond to emails and calls, prepare quotes, and follow up promptly

  • Track project progress and flag potential delays

  • Support internal communication across teams and with suppliers

  • Order office supplies and equipment when needed

  • Generate reports to inform weekly team meetings

  • Pitch in with other admin tasks as required

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-conscious

  • Great communicator with a team-first attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems

  • Able to manage competing demands and stay on top of priorities
