What you'll do
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Liaise with clients
  • Processing invoices using ERP system
  • Match and code invoices
  • Resolve client queries in a timely manner
  • Process expenses
  • Reconciling supplier statements and raising purchase orders

About you

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent (including at least a Grade B in English and Maths)
  • Previous experience with a purchase ledger
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communicator
  • Delivers tasks in a professional and organised way with limited supervision;
  • Strong administrative skills
