What You'll Do

As Finance Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team across a range of transactional activities, with a particular focus on cash allocations and bank reconciliations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating incoming payments accurately to client accounts
  • Posting and printing cheques as part of the daily finance process
  • Maintaining accurate records across multiple bank accounts
  • Managing daily bank reconciliations and monitoring treasury activity
  • Processing direct debits and handling internal fund transfers
  • Setting up and tracking international and multi-currency payments
  • Liaising with banks and resolving payment issues promptly
  • Monitoring and actioning the shared finance inbox
  • Supporting internal teams with financial reporting and compliance
  • Ensuring all financial tasks are completed to deadline and audit standards

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in finance administration, accounts support, or a similar role
  • Strong background in cash allocations and reconciliations
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with ERP or finance systems preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused attitude
  • Experience handling foreign currency or international payments is a plus
