VANRATH are working with a prestigious company within Belfast, who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their fast growing team. Working along side the purchase ledger clerk, this role will involve processing a large volume of invoices for payment.

What you'll do
- Responsible for input and processing of all invoices (inter-company)
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining client records and system
- Dealing with customers payments
- Petty Cash Invoice entry
- Raising Sales Invoices
About you
- 2 or more years experience within a fast paced finance function
- Proficient with Microsoft office, in particular Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Handling and processing information and data
- Construction background preferable
