Accounts Administrator (Belfast)

Job Description

VANRATH are working with a prestigious company within Belfast, who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their fast growing team. Working along side the purchase ledger clerk, this role will involve processing a large volume of invoices for payment.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for input and processing of all invoices (inter-company)
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining client records and system
  • Dealing with customers payments
  • Petty Cash Invoice entry
  • Raising Sales Invoices

About you

  • 2 or more years experience within a fast paced finance function
  • Proficient with Microsoft office, in particular Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Handling and processing information and data
  • Construction background preferable
