Senior Sales Admin - Belfast (28-30k)

Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be working with our repeat client that specialises property development, they are seeking to hire a Sales Administrator for Maternity Cover (12 month contract)

This role will be based in the company's Belfast Office.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8.30am -4.30pm

Salary:

£28,000 - £30,000 + Fantastic Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

  • To be an effective point of contact for customers and liaison between site staff and customers
  • To maintain and update customer files pre and post completion of sale
  • To liaise with third parties such as Surveyors, Selling Agents, Solicitors, Managing Agents, Building Control and various suppliers
  • To assist with coordination of show home launches and attend open viewings as and when required
  • To ensure sales material distributed/websites by Selling Agents is current and up to date.
  • To provide accurate administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department
  • To assist with the provision of customer or third party hospitality as and when required.

The Ideal Person:

  • A marketing or sales related qualification (not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - confidence to negotiate with customers and third parties
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Demonstrable experience in a busy sales environment and the ability to inspire trust and confidence with potential buyers
  • Flexibility and commitment is required for this role due to the nature of this work.
  • A full clean driving licence and use of a car is required.
