Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)

Role Summary

As Front of House Administrator, you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for clients and visitors. You'll ensure smooth daily operations and support a busy team with administrative and reception duties.




Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and manage visitor check-ins professionally

  • Handle all incoming calls and direct them appropriately

  • Maintain a clean, well-presented reception and waiting area

  • Manage daily post and general front-of-house administration

  • Provide ad-hoc support to internal teams as needed

  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality and client service




Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, office admin, or front-of-house role

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Friendly, professional, and organised

  • Experience in legal or professional services (desirable but not required)

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
