Hours: Monday to Friday

As Front of House Administrator, you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for clients and visitors. You'll ensure smooth daily operations and support a busy team with administrative and reception duties.
Greet clients and manage visitor check-ins professionally
Handle all incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain a clean, well-presented reception and waiting area
Manage daily post and general front-of-house administration
Provide ad-hoc support to internal teams as needed
Uphold high standards of confidentiality and client service
Previous experience in a receptionist, office admin, or front-of-house role
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and organised
Experience in legal or professional services (desirable but not required)
Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
