Location: Belfast
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
Working Pattern: Full-time
Contract: Interim with potential for extension


Are you an organised, proactive individual with a professional and friendly manner? We're seeking a confident and efficient Administrator/Receptionist to join a busy team on an interim full-time basis. This dual role offers a varied workload, combining front-of-house responsibilities with essential administrative support.



Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and callers
  • Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately
  • Meeting and greeting clients, contractors, and guests
  • Handling incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
  • Ensuring the reception area remains welcoming, tidy, and professional

Administrative Support:

  • Providing general admin support to internal departments
  • Data entry, maintaining accurate records, and updating internal systems
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required
  • Ordering office supplies and managing stationery stock
  • Assisting with document management and filing (digital and physical)


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a dual receptionist/administration role (desirable)
  • A friendly, professional telephone and front-desk manner
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a busy environment
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and team-player approach
