Job Overview
VANRATH are assisting a respected organisation in their search for a Receptionist. This full-time, permanent role involves managing reception duties, facilities management and providing general administrative support. Strong customer/client liaison and organisational skills gained in a similar role are essential.
· Salary: £24,000
· Full-time, Permanent
· Belfast city centre office
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors ensuring all visitors are received and dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
- Answering phones on a busy Switchboard
- Diary management for meeting rooms
- Organising couriers
- Assisting with the management of meeting rooms - setting up rooms for meetings and clearing these afterwards
- Organising external and internal catering
- Placing stationary orders
- Ensuring catering supplies are in stock
- General admin duties
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent organisational skills
- First class interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise effectively with both clients and colleagues.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the role through their skills and experience.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independent.
