VANRATH have proudly supported the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice since 2014 as founding members of the ‘Time To Care’ initiative.
Established in 1996, Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice is the only dedicated palliative care service in the province and the only organisation that offers high level support to life-limited children with very complex needs. The care provided encompasses 24 hour specialist care, both at the Children’s Hospice and in the child’s own home, emergency support, planned breaks, end of life medical & nursing care and bereavement support.
At the beginning of our partnership, VANRATH became the founding members of the ‘Time to Care’ programme which we still support. This is an ongoing monthly donation which goes towards funding the salary of Senior Staff Nurse’s within the Children’s Hospice. Along with this monthly donation we continue to support the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice through internal fundraisers, charity events and unique initiatives.
