Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator (Interim Contract)

Location: Warrenpoint
Contract: Initial interim role with a view to becoming permanent

VANRATH is delighted to support the recruitment for a key client, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator on an interim contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This position is ideal for a highly organised individual with experience in planned and responsive maintenance, particularly within the mechanical, electrical, or compliance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling telephone enquiries and scheduling daily works via the company's software system.
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Data input, processing, and maintaining adherence to data protection policies.
  • Undertaking general office duties and providing support to management to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Complying with all health & safety regulations and company policies.


Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
  • Strong proficiency in Word and Excel, with excellent IT skills.
  • Demonstrable customer service experience in a professional setting and working to KPIs.


Desirable Criteria:

  • An administration qualification or at least two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or compliance sectors is an advantage.
