Role Overview:
The MLOps Engineer position is an integral part of the Data Analytics and Insights team within the Technology & Digital Development business unit, reporting to the Data Analytics Development Manager. This role is crucial for advancing the bank's GenAI initiatives through the development of robust infrastructure for application deployment. The candidate will be instrumental in shaping the role, requiring flexibility, initiative, and collaborative skills to adapt and meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MLOps infrastructure and pipelines, primarily on cloud platforms such as AWS, MS Azure, or GCP.
- Work closely with data scientists and other tech teams to streamline development processes and enhance the operational efficiency of machine learning models.
- Employ a variety of MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, Airflow, and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Utilize programming skills in Python, Bash, and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow.
Essential Skills:
- Proven communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Expertise in designing and implementing solutions on cloud infrastructure.
- Proficient in creating and managing MLOps pipelines.
- Knowledgeable in software development and test automation.
