  • Support a broad ecosystem of technologies-ranging from Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory to storage arrays, network devices, and cloud environments.
  • Contribute to the migration of legacy infrastructure to more modern frameworks, using automation and scripting to optimise deployment and configuration.
  • Liaise with senior engineers, architects, and security professionals to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
  • Implement and monitor backup strategies, patching, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
  • Document processes, changes, and designs thoroughly to ensure repeatability and compliance.
  • Monitor infrastructure systems to detect anomalies, enforce uptime standards, and support audit readiness.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

  • Virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware (vSphere/ESXi)
  • Layer 2/3 networking: switching, routing, VLANs, VPN, DNS
  • Some experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred)
  • Familiarity with patching, endpoint protection, and systems monitoring tools
  • Strong documentation, planning, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
  • Team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills

Nice to Have
