About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading manufacturing plant based in Enniskillen. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of production facilities. Working on a rotating shift pattern of days and nights, you'll play a key role in fault-finding, repairs, and maintenance of our client's electrical systems.

- Day shift: Monday to Friday; 7.00am to 3.30pm OR 9.00am to 5.00pm
Nightshift: Monday to Thursday; 6.30pm to 5.30am - Company pension

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults on machinery and equipment.
- Work with 3-phase and single-phase motors, ensuring optimal performance.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance to minimise downtime and improve machine reliability.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant electrical discipline.
- Proven experience in fault-finding and repairing electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of 3-phase and single-phase motors and their applications.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts of days and nights.
