The Role

  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team of senior consultants and organisation leaders to identify and craft the right programmes and approaches to support the delivery of their strategy.
  • Design inspired development experiences and programmes for our clients that fit their culture, sector, and priorities.
  • Deliver management development and skills workshops across a range of sectors, blending energetic and engaging experiences with content knowledge and research depth.
  • Work with the wider team to continually develop our capabilities and to create robust, innovative, and results-focused approaches to business problems and opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with current thinking in both the learning and development field and the areas of programme delivery.
  • Build authentic and sustainable relationships with your clients and, in line with our high standards, provide exceptional service while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Have a robust approach to managing projects to ensure delivery of learning experiences that deliver clear outcomes, excellently coordinated programmes, and a reliable and quality service.

Essential

  • 3rd level education OR 5 years' experience in a relevant professional work environment.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a learning and development role.
  • Experience in delivering learning and development programmes or workshops in a relevant context.
  • Driving license or ability to travel to client sites across the Island of Ireland and UK when necessary

Desireable

  • Relevant post-graduate qualification e.g., Masters in Leadership Development.
  • Experience in more than one organisation or sector.
  • Experience in a consultancy or similar environment.
  • Experience working on wider OD projects.
  • Experience in business development
