VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning financial services organisation, wishing to appoint a People & Culture Business Partner, on a full time permanent basis.

Reporting to Head of People & Culture, the People & Culture Business Partner will be aligned to key businesses within the group.

You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a People & Culture plan within aligned with the growth and engagement goals of the respective business area.

You will work collaboratively with business leaders, line managers, employees and the People & Culture team to deliver solutions that support our growth, enable managers, and engage employees.

The successful candidate will work within a small team, supporting a workforce of c.300 employees across several locations throughout the UK.

Coaching and advising leaders and line management will make up a large part of the role, as well as leading the development and implementation of projects and initiatives that support the strategy and goals of the business.

The Person

The ideal People & Culture Business Partner will be able to demonstrate.

  • The successful contribution you have made as a Business Partner within Professional Services or financial services particularly within an organisation that has grown significantly.
  • A strong HR generalist background and the ability to work with complexity, ambiguity, and nuance.
  • The ability to build strong credible relationships with directors, business leaders, managers, and employees based on your contribution to business delivery and providing appropriate advice and guidance.
  • A desire to join a growing business to further develop your career while having the opportunity to have a clear and positive impact.
  • A passion for enhancing the employment proposition in line with ESG goals particularly around diversity and inclusion.
  • Be CIPD qualified with an interest in keeping up to date with research and changing trends relevant to the organisation.
