This will be a great opportunity for you to get experience working with a variety of clients across many different sectors, supporting with policy design, recruitment, ER, organisational reviews etc.

About you:

* CIPD Level 3 or higher

* 1 years experience in a HR function

* Driving License

What you'll do:

* Build long term, lasting relationships to become a trusted advisor, supporting clients through challenges and opportunities

* Network in order to develop services to new and existing clients

* Design, development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes

* Provision of onsite support on a full range of HR activities eg disciplinary, grievances etc

* Advise and provide hands on support with regards employee relations matters eg disciplinary, dignity at work, appeals etc

* Advise, design and support recruitment and selection processes

* Advise and support on organisational reviews, reorganisations, redundancy programmes, job evaluations etc
