Overview
We are recruiting an IT Service Desk Agent for a short term project on a range of shifts below to support a 24/7 IT Helpdesk for a global MSP (to start ASAP).
You'll be resolving tickets from business professionals within the financial sector regarding IT Support queries, resolving at first point of contact, or working through a ticket queue.
This is a large organisation with senior infrastructure positions, so there could be the possibility of extension or promotion down the line.
