Overview
Our US financial tech MSP client wishes to employ an IT Service Desk Engineer to contribute to the operation of their client's cloud, network, server, and security services.
As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you'll resolve escalated tickets for their clients' IT infrastructure. This will include Windows, Emails, SharePoint, Exchange, Servers, Networks, WiFi, and providing support for cloud services (M365/Azure) etc, and helping with Windows 10 to 11 upgrades.
