The Ideal Person

  • 5 GCSE passes (Grade A-C) including Maths and English
  • Level 3 or student CIPD membership
  • 2 years' experience in an Administrator role within a busy HR environment
  • Works well independently and as part of a team


Responsibilities


As Human Resources Administrator, you will:

  • Act as organiser and minute taker at meetings
  • Act as first point of contact for the HR team
  • Use the in-house company system to carry out all recruitment and employee relations administration
  • Carry out end-to-end administrative processes in the recruitment cycle including advertising, offer and onboarding
  • Assist with all learning and development/performance appraisal administration
  • Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, sorting post, answering the telephone, and managing the HR inbox
  • Assist with compiling HR monthly reports to be presented to Senior Management

This is an opportunity offering an immediate start initially for 3 months with possibility of further extension.
