Are you a HR Graduate looking for your first break into a HR function?

VANRATH are delighted to be working alongside our valued client as they search for a HR Graduate to join their high-performing team of HR professionals

You will work closely with the HR team on recruitment, performance management, employee relations issues and employee engagement.

Role Overview:

  • Absence Management
  • GDPR & Compliance
  • HR data maintenance
  • Inductions and employee on-boarding
  • Recruitment & selection
  • Support on employee relation issues
  • Support on employee engagement projects

Person Specification:

  • CIPD qualification
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Team Player with a positive and proactive approach who can also work independently to a high standard to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, hands-on approach with the drive and ability to provide support to a multi-shift business.
