Position Details:

  • Full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, based in Glengormley)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival

  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries efficiently

  • Follow up with potential buyers and facilitate property transactions

  • Keep the reception area organised and presentable

  • Support client engagement and sales initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house, administrative, or customer service role

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Comfortable with digital tools and office systems
