Key Responsibilities:
In this pivotal position, you'll support the daily running of the office while acting as a central link between production, HR, transport logistics, and administration. You'll play a hands-on role in keeping operations flowing smoothly and efficiently.
Typical duties will include:
Coordinating workflow between departments (Production, HR, Engineering, and H&S)
Managing transport arrangements and tracking order progress
Supporting production planning and scheduling tasks
Overseeing office logistics, equipment, and facility upkeep
Handling supplier and customer communications
Scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
Organising internal events and supporting onboarding/training
Managing incoming deliveries and preparing outgoing documentation
Acting as a liaison for IT and building services
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in an Office Manager or Administrator role
Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills across all business levels
A proactive approach and comfort working across multiple teams
Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics setting is desirable but not essential
