Finance Assistant (Belfast hybrid)

VANRATH are searching for a Finance Assistant to join a growing Finance function in Belfast. A fantastic opportunity to joining one of Northern Ireland's top employers. As a Finance assistant you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions across the Billing and Revenue functions.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions;

  • Work as part of a team with credit controllers and billing assistants
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Ensuring collections are made in a timely manner
  • Support the Team lead and management
  • Assist with month end
  • Accurately record all transactions to the ERP system

About you

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in credit control or billing revenue
  • Experience in Accounts Administration
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adaptable to change
  • You will possess strong systems / IT skills
  • Proven record of meeting tight deadlines
