A leading Public Sector organisation is currently recruiting a Finance Admin to join their team for an initial 3 month contract.

The Ideal Person

18 Months relevant experience in a similar finance role

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable data.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare and process payroll on a timely basis.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide support during audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
