Job Description:

My client are seeking an experienced data analyst with a strong background in service delivery and client support.

The Senior Market Data Analyst will join the Managed Services team in the growing Belfast office. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of market data operations across multiple clients.

The Senior Analyst will work in close partnerships with clients and various internal business units to ensure outstanding service delivery. The role would suit a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

* Manage the maintenance of market data inventory
* Own the invoice processing lifecycle for multiple clients
* Liaise directly with clients in relation to all operational deliverables
* Coordinate client delivery with peers across managed service operations
* Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure alignment with client expectations
* Develop and maintain client specific process documentation
* Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives
* Coordinate and oversee effort of junior analysts

Required Skills

* Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in a role involving data analysis or data processing
* Planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Proficient use of MS Office Applications
* Strong communication skills
