Maintenance Support Coordinator

  • Antrim - Office Based
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Hourly Rate - Competitive / TBC

About the Role

An established organisation in Antrim is seeking a Maintenance Support Coordinator to cover a long term contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, service-led environment and is confident coordinating reactive maintenance workstreams.

Working within a dedicated team, the successful candidate will help oversee the smooth handling of property repair requests - from logging and scheduling through to resolution - ensuring service levels are met and communication remains clear across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log and triage new maintenance and repair requests

  • Allocate work to the appropriate team, supervisor, or subcontractor

  • Act as a point of contact for tenant and contractor queries, ensuring timely updates and resolution

  • Track job progress using internal systems, ensuring all data is kept up to date

  • Highlight any delays or issues to management in a timely fashion

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and target delivery

  • Ensure customer communication is proactive and professional throughout

What You'll Need

- Proven experience in a fast-paced office or coordination role

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- Strong IT skills with the ability to update systems and input data accurately

- Minimum of GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or equivalent)

Desirable:

  • Experience working within property, repairs, or housing maintenance environments
