Commercial Manager (Construction / QS) - 65k - Belfast

This is a Monday - Friday position - Permanent role

Salary

£50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance & Negotiable Package

Responsibilities

The Commercial Manager will be the lead Commercial resource within a range of contracts in excess of £35m per annum. With the support of a team consisting of Finance Assist., Commercial Supervisors, QS' and Administrators, they will work closely with the Regional Director and the general Senior management Team to provide sound strategic & contractual guidance to new & existing contracts.

The Commercial Manager will manage numerous stakeholder relationships, including those with client representatives; They will also support with pricing & tenders.

This person will be required to interact with managers of all levels both internally and with clients. Senior level dialogue and communication skills are essential in fulfilling this role.

The Ideal Person:

• Experience within a Senior Surveying / Commercial Management Role
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent communicator
• Excellent financial acumen, ability to analyse complex data with accuracy
• Skilled negotiator with proven experience in a commercial environment
