This is a role in the company's Belfast office. This is a Monday - Friday position - Flexibility can also be offered - later start or early finish.
Salary is £24,765 37.5 hours a week

We're on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive, and people-centric Workplace Coordinator to become an essential part of our team. In this dynamic role, you'll ensure our office runs like clockwork, provide a warm welcome to all visitors, and manage meetings and events from planning through to execution.
Serve as the friendly and professional first point of contact for all clients and guests.
Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate catering, set up AV equipment, and ensure top-notch hospitality.
Oversee the handling of mail, packages, couriers, and deliveries.
Keep office supplies fully stocked and shared spaces clean, tidy, and ready for use.
Respond to queries (phone/email) quickly and helpfully, both internally and externally.
Provide admin support such as printing, scanning, and other general tasks.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and catering teams to maintain excellent service standards.
Occasionally assist with early morning or evening events (with prior notice).
Minimum of 1 year's experience in a professional office setting-experience in legal or professional services is a bonus.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and AV systems.
Professional, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.
Able to stay calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communicator with excellent time management and organisational skills.
This is a varied, hands-on position ideal for someone who takes ownership of their role, enjoys a busy office environment, and takes pride in delivering a seamless workplace experience for both staff and clients.
