What's involved?

  • Oversee all central cash activities including wires, ACH transfers, bank account reconciliations, and managing account sweeps for U.S., and international funding requirements.
  • Based on daily cash needs, determine and action daily borrowing activities.
  • Assists in managing and maintaining the company's banking infrastructure, including bank relationships.
  • Recommends and implements improvements to current cash management processes.
  • Assists in managing the Firm's quarterly & annual hedging program.
  • Maintains the Firm Partner Capital Loan program.
  • Assists in preparing and managing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities related to treasury.



What's required?

  • A Bachelor of Science degree is required in Finance or Accounting
  • Some treasury experience is required with a strong preference for accounting experience.
  • Some supervisory experience required.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability for accuracy
  • Have the willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills
