About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a finance operations or credit environment, with team leadership responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly with MS Excel
  • Ability to prioritise, delegate and work under your own initiative

What you'll do

As a Transactional Finance Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Finance Manager with day-to-day transactional processes
  • Working collaboratively with other team leads to develop and implement a team training plan
  • Overseeing the allocation of work and ensuring timely processing of transactions
  • Leading and supporting the team on complex queries, including escalations and risk management
  • Conducting regular 1:1 meetings to review performance and support development
  • Managing debt escalations and supporting efforts to reduce aged receivables
