Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 technical support for the company's products. Including fault isolation, issue replication, effective escalation and logging, and exceptional customer elation.
  • Conduct data analysis and related duties to improve our cloud continuously and automate the resolution of support issues.
  • You will collaborate with the cloud team to automate their cloud so that the team can proactively find and stop future problems.
  • Root Cause Analysis and cloud signature finger printing: reviewing of logs/metrics and matching the appearance of symptoms to determine likely root causes.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to find solutions for technical problems and to improve the products, processes, and training.
  • Work closely with other TSE's on advanced technical issues, provide training/mentoring, handle mission critical support and craft technical documentation.
  • Encourage ongoing improvement for technical procedures, players, OEMs, CMs, and clients.
  • Create alerts that will be provided via the cloud in collaboration with the cloud team.
  • Coordinate stakeholders' efforts strategically while simultaneously working as a practical individual contributor.

Essential Skills

  • Degree in computer science or other engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise-level mission critical support
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Data analytics for continuous improvements and automation of Support issues
  • Scripting (Shell/Python/Perl/PowerShell)
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
