The Ideal Person

If you have knowledge and practical experience of 1st to 2nd Line Support in a busy IT Support team/environment and you're looking for an exciting new opportunity with one of the most well renowned fintech firms:

  • Experience in a Customer Services environment
  • Experience of supporting business critical front/mid office applications
  • Good experience of using best practice IT Service Management tools
  • Experience using internal ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Experience/Knowledge of using SQL
  • Experience with SQL Servers (Desirable)


As a Technical Analyst, you will:

  • Responsibility for ensuring 1st and 2nd line resolution is achieved, within agreed SLAs.
  • Propose automation first and/or efficient solutions to business users and managers.
  • Providing second line support to our business users on all core applications
  • Ensure daily batch processes required by the internal IT systems are performed.
