Tech Sales Executive

£60,000 - £80,000 OTE

The Role

This is a consultative sales role centred on building long-term client relationships rather than one-off transactions. You'll work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates, helping organisations meet their hiring needs through tailored recruitment solutions.

You'll join a collaborative and experienced team, working alongside some of the most successful recruiters in the market. With an established client base, consistent hiring activity, and over 25 years of market presence, you'll be well supported as you develop your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates through calls, video meetings, and face-to-face meetings
  • Advising clients on recruitment needs, market conditions, and hiring options
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial briefing through to placement
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Developing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Managing multiple live roles at any one time

What We're Looking For

  • A strong track record in a target-driven sales role (tech sales, SaaS, IT, B2B, financial services, or similar)
  • Confident communicating with senior professionals and decision-makers
  • Commercially aware, with a practical and relationship-focused approach to sales
  • Motivated, resilient, and driven by results
  • Seeking a long-term career move rather than a short-term role
