The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic role for a solicitor with a genuine interest in Family Law. You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced and well-regarded solicitors, gaining exposure to a wide range of family and matrimonial matters. You'll take on real responsibility from the outset, managing your own caseload and representing clients in court. The firm's open-door culture ensures you will always have the support you need to handle both day-to-day work and more complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of family and matrimonial matters, including divorce, contact/residence issues, domestic violence, and financial arrangements

  • Represent clients at court hearings and hearings

  • Draft legal documents and correspondence in a precise and professional manner

  • Liaise effectively with clients, counsel, and other professionals

  • Support senior solicitors on more complex or high-value cases

  • Contribute to maintaining the firm's high standards of client service

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience or a strong interest in Family Law

  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach

  • Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with attention to detail and professionalism
