Position: Family Law Solicitor
Location: Belfast
Salary: £38,000-£45,000 + Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, finances, domestic abuse, and children proceedings
Represent clients in court and liaise with counsel and external professionals
Provide clear, empathetic, and strategic legal advice
Support and mentor junior team members
Contribute actively to the department's growth and direction
Uphold the firm's values of integrity, compassion, and client care
A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in family law
Strong knowledge across private and public family law matters
Proven ability to manage your own caseload with professionalism and independence
Excellent advocacy, communication, and interpersonal skills
A proactive, forward-thinking approach with leadership potential
Ambition to grow with the firm and take on increasing responsibility
Competitive salary of £38,000-£45,000 (DOE)
