    Salary: £38,000-£45,000 + Bonus

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, finances, domestic abuse, and children proceedings

    • Represent clients in court and liaise with counsel and external professionals

    • Provide clear, empathetic, and strategic legal advice

    • Support and mentor junior team members

    • Contribute actively to the department's growth and direction

    • Uphold the firm's values of integrity, compassion, and client care

    What We're Looking For:

    • A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in family law

    • Strong knowledge across private and public family law matters

    • Proven ability to manage your own caseload with professionalism and independence

    • Excellent advocacy, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • A proactive, forward-thinking approach with leadership potential

    • Ambition to grow with the firm and take on increasing responsibility
