About the Role

The successful candidate will lead and oversee the full spectrum of operations at the Enniskillen site, including oversight of manufacturing, engineering, compliance, maintenance, and quality performance.

You will be instrumental in aligning the site's performance with overall business strategy, driving efficiency, innovation, and high standards across teams, processes, and output.

As a senior leader, you will represent the site both internally and externally, championing best practices and strengthening its impact in the local economy and wider market.
