This is a full-time, permanent position based in Craigavon. Monday to Friday working pattern.

The Role
This is a pivotal position within the business, where you will operate alongside senior leadership to ensure the smooth execution of contracts and day-to-day service delivery. You'll be responsible for overseeing workflow, coordinating field teams, and driving operational improvements across the board.
Key responsibilities include:
Organising and assigning technical staff to meet project timelines and service requests
Managing the supply and availability of equipment, stock, and fleet resources
Monitoring ongoing work to ensure deadlines, standards, and budgets are met
Refining processes and implementing efficient systems across field and office functions
Acting as a liaison point between clients, project teams, and contractors
Assisting in preparing cost estimates, project outlines, and basic pricing documents
Supporting internal HR processes including documentation, compliance, and reporting
Managing procurement schedules and stock levels to avoid delays or overages
Overseeing records management for certification, training, and compliance adherence
Coordinating operational Health & Safety standards and best practice across the team
Candidate Profile
Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an operations, scheduling, or coordination role (ideally within technical services, construction, or engineering environments)
High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to prioritise multiple projects
Practical knowledge of IT systems including spreadsheets, CRM, and workflow platforms
Strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with internal teams and external clients
Flexible and proactive approach with a natural problem-solving mindset
Desirable:
Industry experience in structured cabling, utilities, or infrastructure
Familiarity with scheduling or job-tracking platforms (e.g., JobWatch, Commusoft, simPRO)
Exposure to compliance, quality assurance frameworks, or audit procedures
