VANRATH is working alongside a well-respected construction group to recruit a SHEQ Contract Officer. This is an exciting role ideal for someone who enjoys a split between health & safety compliance and site documentation oversight.
You'll support the business in meeting ISO and safety certification standards, while also playing a hands-on role in managing the project documentation process from end to end.
Location: Coalisland / Dungannon
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and implement company-wide SHEQ and compliance policies.
Prepare for and manage external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Safe-T-Cert).
Develop and deliver RAMS and other site-specific safety documentation.
Manage all technical and safety documentation across projects, including submittals, manuals, and drawing logs.
Work closely with the site teams to ensure project records are up to date and audit-ready.
Approximately 12 hours per week will be dedicated to SHEQ; the remainder will focus on document control and project compliance.
What You'll Need:
2+ years in a similar SHEQ, documentation, or compliance role.
NEBOSH certification (essential); IOSH membership desirable.
Previous experience in the construction or civil engineering sector is ideal.
Strong grasp of ISO compliance and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
Comfortable auditing, problem-solving, and updating project records in a fast-paced setting.
