VANRATH has partnered with an industry leader in construction and infrastructure to appoint a HSEQ & Project Records Specialist. This hybrid role is perfect for professionals who enjoy working on compliance and safety processes while also ensuring technical documentation is flawlessly maintained across multiple job sites.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Enforcing internal HSEQ standards and keeping company policy aligned with ISO benchmarks.

  • Leading audit prep for ISO 9001, 14001, and Safe-T-Cert inspections.

  • Creating site-specific RAMS and ensuring project safety paperwork is up to date.

  • Coordinating all technical documentation, from O&M manuals to drawing control and submittals.

  • Working across departments to make sure safety records and project compliance files are accurate and accessible.

  • Roughly 12 hours per week will focus on HSEQ; the rest will be dedicated to technical records and support documentation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.

  • NEBOSH is required; IOSH (or equivalent) adds value.

  • Familiarity with the construction sector (civils background preferred).

  • Solid knowledge of ISO systems and best practice in audit-ready document control.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and compliance.
