Job Description

A highly respected and fast-growing organisation within the Food Retail and FMCG industry is seeking an Experienced Store Coordinator to support regional store operations and lead key initiatives. Role Overview:

Contract Duration: 2-Year Fixed Term (strong likelihood of a permanent position)
Location: Belfast HQ / Remote / Field Visits

You will take responsibility for coordinating and executing store-based projects as part of a wider retail modernisation programme. Your work will directly influence improvements in operational consistency, efficiency, and customer service across multiple store locations.

  • Coordinate on-the-ground execution of new retail strategies across store sites

  • Manage the planning and implementation of store-specific roll outs and updates

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication and smooth project progression

  • Identify potential risks or delays early and contribute to practical solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of milestones, activities, and performance metrics

  • Serve as a vital point of contact between internal departments, suppliers, and retail teams

  • Promote a culture of accountability and quality in service delivery at store level


Ideal Background:

  • At least 1 year in a coordination, supervisory, or management role within the retail or food services sector

  • A strong understanding of store operations, merchandising, and service standards

  • Proven ability to work across multiple locations and manage competing priorities

  • Clear communicator with excellent planning, collaboration, and reporting skills

  • Detail-focused, solutions-driven, and confident working in both team-based and independent environments

  • Full UK driving licence is essential
