Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the Talent Development and OD services provided.
  • Support development of the company way and our ongoing differentiators as a professional learning provider.
  • Consult with clients to deeply understand needs and design inspired development programmes that align with each client's strategy, culture and specific needs at any time, delivering results and sustained benefit.
  • Bring up to date thinking on learning design and delivery methodologies combined to create impactful learning pathways as relevant for the programme and client organisation.
  • Delivery programmes and workshops, bringing energy, enthusiasm and depth to the delegate experience.
  • Develop strong, long lasting client relationships to maintain and grow our client base.
  • Manage larger projects ensuring a proactive and structured approach that provides certainty and confidence to our clients and a smooth professional.
  • Research current practices, trends, innovation and methodologies and translate these as relevant to how we work.
  • Provide input and support to the development of the team and wider organisation.
  • Contribute to the business and your profile through your professional network, writing thought leadership articles, digital presence and other approaches.
  • Develop business through the introduction of new clients, supporting completion of tenders and proposals, and genuine commitment to clients and account management.

Essential

  • 3rd level education OR approximately 10 years' experience in a professional relevant work environment.
  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in talent and learning development.
  • Evidence of ownership for design and delivery of development programmes across a range of levels, including executive teams.
  • Experience of owning projects and managing to completion with a robust project management / planning approach.
  • Experience in more than one organisation and/or sector.
  • Flexible to travel to client sites across the Island of Ireland and UK when necessary.
  • Experience of business development, generating new business and managing accounts.
  • Driving license.

Desirable

  • Relevant post-graduate qualification, e.g., MSc in Occupational/ Organisational Psychology, Chartered member of CIPD.
  • Experience in a consultancy or similar environment.
  • Qualified in delivery of psychometric tests.
