The Ideal Person

• Degree educated with minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role OR 6+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - written & verbal.
• Experience in preparations of customer proposals & quotes.
• Excellent IT Skills in MS Office particularly Excel
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• A confident, pro-active and positive attitude
• An interest in interiors and luxury goods and a desire to learn about the industry

Responsibilities

• Make a significant contribution to the day-to-day operational activities of the business.
• Initial point of contact with clients.
• Create and deliver presentations & quotes to clients.
• Maintain and build on existing relationships with clients & suppliers.
• Deliver the highest level of service to enhance the client experience whilst balancing their expectations and needs. Maintain the company's approach to quality.
• Deliver a project from initial meeting to final delivery while managing tight deadlines.
• Assist the Company Director and Office Manager, work well in a small team.
• Update and maintain the company CRM
