Position Overview
The Scheduler will be tasked with coordinating day-to-day assignments for field operatives and contractors, ensuring all service requests are managed effectively and on time. Working closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party providers, you'll be key in maintaining service excellence and resolving scheduling issues quickly.

Responsibilities
Allocate and dispatch work orders based on team availability and job priority
Maintain real-time communication with clients regarding appointment times and service updates
Act as a central point of contact between internal departments, contractors, and field teams
Track project timelines and adjust schedules to meet changing needs or urgent demands
Proactively resolve delays or service conflicts while ensuring a high-quality customer experience
Contribute to operational improvements and ensure consistent service levels across all requests
Candidate Profile
You'll bring:
Prior experience in a planning, coordination, or scheduling role
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to juggle competing deadlines
