Position Overview

The Scheduler will be tasked with coordinating day-to-day assignments for field operatives and contractors, ensuring all service requests are managed effectively and on time. Working closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party providers, you'll be key in maintaining service excellence and resolving scheduling issues quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate and dispatch work orders based on team availability and job priority

  • Maintain real-time communication with clients regarding appointment times and service updates

  • Act as a central point of contact between internal departments, contractors, and field teams

  • Track project timelines and adjust schedules to meet changing needs or urgent demands

  • Proactively resolve delays or service conflicts while ensuring a high-quality customer experience

  • Contribute to operational improvements and ensure consistent service levels across all requests


Candidate Profile

You'll bring:

  • Prior experience in a planning, coordination, or scheduling role

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to juggle competing deadlines

  • (Preferred) Background in housing, construction, or facilities management
