VANRATH are delighted to be searching for an Sales Ledger Specialist for a global Finance company. This role will support businesses across the UK, the Sales Ledger Specialist will report directly to the Financial Accountant.

What you'll do


Duties include:

  • Process accounts and incoming payments
  • Running of day to day financial transactions
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
  • Recharges to billing
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
  • Resolve discrepancies and billing issues
  • Facilitate payment of invoices
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.


About you

  • Experience within a busy Accounts Receivable environment
  • Working towards and Accounting Technician Certification
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office packages.
  • Experience with Navision
  • Willingness to work flexible hours at peak times.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
