Are you an experienced payroll professional with a strong track record in managing complex, high-volume payrolls across multiple regions? What You'll Do

  • Oversee and process end-to-end payroll for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local legislation
  • Manage high-volume payroll cycles, coordinating with HR, finance, and external vendors
  • Ensure accurate statutory reporting, tax submissions, and year-end reconciliations
  • Respond to payroll queries with efficiency and professionalism
  • Support system upgrades, automation projects, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with international teams to standardise and streamline payroll practices globally

About You

  • Proven experience managing multi-country payrolls, ideally across EMEA, APAC, or the Americas
  • Skilled in high-volume payroll environments (e.g., 1,000+ employees)
  • Excellent working knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and compliance in at least one key global market
  • Proficient in major payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders across time zones
