Sales Admin (Belfast + Hybrid)(25k)

Job Description

VANRATH have partnered with one of the Ireland's leading Hospital Tech providers. The client is seeking to hire a Sales Administrator.

The successful candidate will work within the company's very modern Belfast office, this position is a GROWTH position due to rapid expansion.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm

Salary:

£22,000-£25,000 (Highly experienced candidates may be considered at a slightly higher salary)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer queries
  • Create and process sales orders
  • Co-ordinate customer deliveries
  • Assist with quotes
  • Process registration documents
  • Costing and pricing
  • Invoicing, with accurate data entry
  • General administrative support
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with customers and sales teams

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly proficient with Excel and other office programmes
  • Experience working towards KPIs
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills
