Work Planner/Scheduler - North Belfast / Hybrid

Location: North Belfast (Hybrid available after training)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
Type: Permanent
Salary: £24,000 - £26,500 + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily schedules for engineering staff and update calendars as required

  • Communicate with customers on job status, parts availability, and appointments

  • Generate work orders and maintain accurate service records

  • Work with logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials

  • Draft cost estimates for non-contract repairs and parts orders

  • Maintain internal systems, including equipment records, pricing updates, and client information

  • Support compliance by tracking calibration schedules and arranging servicing

  • Provide general administrative support across the team


What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or service administration

  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
