Recruitment Consultant - IT Contract Desk

The Role

Currently we are keen to speak with experienced IT Contract recruiters keen to join a thriving team with a guaranteed level of healthy job flow and an unparalleled candidate database to work from. This is an extremely attractive, high-exposure role for a career contract recruiter that offers the successful candidate exceptional earning potential (c.£90k-£110k for a top performer) and is a role that involves relationship management with already warm candidates and clients in the Tech Sector. In the role you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment for some of the top clients in NI with full autonomy and as such we are looking for a highly-ambitious, motivated individual to not only do the desk justice but take this area of the business to new heights.

The Ideal Candidate

• Recruitment experience (min. 2 years of successful contract/temporary recruitment in an end to end recruitment post)
• Desirable IT contract recruitment experience (but not essential as we have a highly experienced, helpful team team to support anyone keen to move into this sector)
• A strong academic profile with high gravitas and confidence to engage with senior professionals
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ambitious, positive, high work ethic, excellent listening skills and commercial awareness, self-motivated to work autonomously within a team, yet humble enough to ask for direction as and when needed in order to develop your career
